Girls on the Run Northbay

Girls on the Run North Bay fosters a healthy mindset and life strategies in girls through experiential learning discussions, out-door play activities, and movement after-school throughout Sonoma, Napa & Solano counties. Young girls (ages 8 to 13), and particularly, those who come from traditionally under-represented ethnic and racial groups and financially disadvantaged families will be given the opportunity to learn positive behavioral health strategies by participating in the preventative youth development program that positively impacts their social & emotional learning, particularly mindset, and physical health so that they are more resilient and are better prepared to make healthy life choices and understand the meaning of being a caring community member.
